Everacid® / Everset® for Polyamide Printing

• Step 1 Prepared stock thickener
  • Thickener solution *1 500
  • Urea 30-50
  • Acid donor *2 20-30
  • Water to 700 (g)
• Step 2 Dye solution
  • Dye X
  • Dye solubilizer 10-30
  • Hot boiling water to 300 (g)
• Step 3
  • Mix dye solution with above prepared stock thickener

（*1 : ex. Guar- and tamarind-base thickener）（*2 : ex. Ammonium sulphate 1 : 2 solution）

• Atmospheric saturate steaming at 102℃ -104℃ for 20-30 min or High pressure steaming at 110℃ for 20-30 min

• 1. Cold rinse with overflow & 1-3g/l staining inhibitor
• 2. Washing at 40°C - 60°C with 1-3g/l staining inhibitor (for nylon 6 max. 50°C )
• 3. Soaping at 40°C - 60°C with 1-3g/l staining inhibitor (for nylon 6 max. 50°C )
• 4. Cold rinse
• 5. Fixing treatment at 40°C - 60°C with fixing agent (for nylon 6 max. 50°C )
• 6. Cold rinse
