Everjet® RT Pre-Process & Post-Process
  • Basic recipe for fabric pre-padding
    • Thickener(Alginate)
      • 10 - 15 g/l
    • Reduction Inhibitor
      • 10 - 20 g/l
    • Alkali（NaHCO2）
      • 20 - 25 g/l
    • Hygroscopic Agent(Urea)
      • 100 - 200 g/l
  • Procedure
    • Pre-Padding → Drying（below 120°C ） → Printing → Miid Drying → Steaming（102°C x 8' - 12' ）→ Wash-off→ Finishing
  • Remark
    • 1. Urea dosage：Cotton 100-150 g/l；Silk 100-150 g/l；Viscose 150-200 g/l
    • 2. Streaming Humidity : 75% (minimum)-100% ; should be stable
    • 3. Wash-off sequence : Cold→ Warm → Hot → Warm→ Cold
