Everjet® AT Pre-Process & Post-Process
  • Basic recipe for fabric pre-padding
    • Thickener(Guar)
      • 10 - 15 g/l
    • Acid（(NH4)2SO4）
      • 20 - 30 g/l
    • Hygroscopic Agent(Urea)
      • 50 - 100 g/l
  • Procedure
    • Pre-Padding → Drying（below 120°C ） → Printing → Miid Drying → Steaming（102°C x 20' - 30' ）→ Wash-off→ Finishing
  • Remark
    • 1. Streaming Humidity : 75% (minimum)-100% ; should be stable
    • 2. Wash-off sequence : Cold rise (Addition Staining inhibitor agent)
