Everjet® AT Pre-Process & Post-Process

Basic recipe for fabric pre-padding
- Thickener(Guar)
  - 10 - 15 g/l
- Acid（(NH₄)₂SO₄）
  - 20 - 30 g/l
- Hygroscopic Agent(Urea)
  - 50 - 100 g/l
Procedure
- Pre-Padding → Drying（below 120°C ） → Printing → Miid Drying → Steaming（102°C x 20' - 30' ）→ Wash-off→ Finishing
Remark
- 1. Streaming Humidity : 75% (minimum)-100% ; should be stable
- 2. Wash-off sequence : Cold rise (Addition Staining inhibitor agent)
