Everjet® RT Pre-Process & Post-Process

Basic recipe for fabric pre-padding
- Thickener(Alginate)
  - 10 - 15 g/l
- Reduction Inhibitor
  - 10 - 20 g/l
- Alkali（NaHCO₂）
  - 20 - 25 g/l
- Hygroscopic Agent(Urea)
  - 100 - 200 g/l
Procedure
- Pre-Padding → Drying（below 120°C ） → Printing → Miid Drying → Steaming（102°C x 8' - 12' ）→ Wash-off→ Finishing
Remark
- 1. Urea dosage：Cotton 100-150 g/l；Silk 100-150 g/l；Viscose 150-200 g/l
- 2. Streaming Humidity : 75% (minimum)-100% ; should be stable
- 3. Wash-off sequence : Cold→ Warm → Hot → Warm→ Cold
