BIO-BASED ECO-FRIENDLY FIXING AGENT FOR ACID DYES

Evertex® NFIX-BPF is a bio-based fixing agent for acid dyes, featuring a molecular structure free from harmful substances such as bisphenols, phenols, formaldehyde, and organic solvents. Derived primarily from renewable biomass resources, this product aligns with carbon footprint reduction initiatives. The agent is specifically designed for post-dyeing fixation of polyamide fibers (PA6, PA66), polyamide microfibers, and polyamide/elastane (PA/PU) blended fabrics. It enhances the dye-fiber substantivity and color fastness properties while maintaining excellent eco-friendly characteristics.

Characteristics

The product exhibits excellent water compatibility, tolerating water hardness up to 200ppm and showing high stability with residual cationic leveling agents in dyebath. It is compatible with most anionic, non-ionic, and cationic finishing agents without causing coagulation or precipitation.

After fixation treatment, the fabric meets color fastness standards of AATCC washing, water fastness, and ISO perspiration tests.

The product enhances fabric chlorine resistance, withstanding specific concentrations of available chlorine.

It’s inherent acidic properties provide effective fixation without requiring excessive acid regulators.

For fluorescent shade dyeing, low-temperature fixation process is recommended to prevent shade variation.
